Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of various construction and facility maintenance projects. This is a dynamic position that requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Duties:

  • Manage project scheduling, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with manager to develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
  • Providing estimates and budgets, contract negotiation, reviewing plans, vendor sourcing and coordination, site visits, managing schedules, and overseeing the bidding process
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including contract, and change orders.
  • Managing day-to-day client interaction and expectations for multiple projects
  • Update internal and external software management system throughout all phases of the project.
  • Provide administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management preferred
  • 2 years experience in project coordination or related role within the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
  • National retail & facility maintenance experience a plus
  • Experience managing multiple general contracted projects nation-wide
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
